Job summary

SYGMA Florida Team drivers run 2 to 4 routes per week, are out no more than 36 hours (most less than 20 hours), and average $96,000 per year. We offer Paid Training and Top Earning potential. Our Formula to Success is simple Route Pay + Incentives = SYGMA Top Dollars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED plus 1 year of tractor trailer driving experience preferred.
• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the public and to complete reports and records.

Responsibilities

• Transport product safely from warehouse to customer locations on assigned routes.
• Unload/load product, ensuring proper storage and documentation.
• Complete DOT logs, vehicle inspections and post-trip reports accurately.
• Maintain safety protocols and promptly report damages or shortages.
• Develop positive customer relationships and communicate route issues to management.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies and scheduling.
