Job summary

J Rose Logistics is seeking drivers for Southwest regional routes operating dry van freight with 100% no-touch loads. The position offers weekly home time, typical 5–5.5 days out, and a mix of loaded and empty miles.

We provide assigned newer equipment and opportunities to take a truck home during home time where applicable, with benefits including a full package of health, dental, vision and life insurance, plus paid vacation and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer driving experience.
• DUI and felony history reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
• Must meet all DOT safety and hiring requirements.
• SAP Drivers welcome if step 6 has been completed.

Qualifications

Pay & Home Time

• Average weekly pay: $1200-1500
• paid on ALL miles (loaded & empty)
• Southwest regional routes
• Home weekly for reset (typically 5–5.5 days out)
• 34–48 hour reset at home

Freight & Equipment

• Dry van freight
• 70% drop & hook with some live load/unload
• 100% no-touch freight
• Assigned newer equipment (Kenworth, Freightliner, and International)
• Option to take truck home during home time (where applicable)

Additional Benefits

• Detention and breakdown pay: $20 per hour
• Up to $2,000 401(k) match available
