Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking CDL-A drivers for a regional fleet based in Phoenix, AZ. Trainees welcome to join a dedicated route delivering steady paid miles with home weekly and a predictable schedule across Arizona, Utah, Southern California, and Nevada.

Pay includes $0.60 CPM on loaded miles, $100 per load offload, and $25 per store drop, averaging about $1,400 weekly gross. Must have CDL-A and DOT Medical, plus pass pre-employment screenings.

Qualifications

• Open to CDL-A Trainees and experienced First Seat drivers.

Responsibilities

Fleet Overview & Compensation Package

Looking for steady regional miles, predictable weekly resets, and solid earnings? We are onboarding both experienced Class A drivers and CDL-A trainees for a dedicated retail fleet running out of Phoenix, Arizona. This out-and-back route provides consistent paid miles alongside per-stop and unload incentives.

• Mileage Pay Rate: $0.60 CPM across all loaded miles
• Target Mileage: 1,800 average miles weekly
• Handling Incentives: $100.00 flat rate per load offload + $25.00 for every completed store drop
• Average Weekly Pay: $1,400 gross per week
• Calculated Annual Salary: $72,800 per year ($1,400/wk × 52 weeks)
• Home Time Routine: Home weekly (twice a week) to get your full 34-hour restart; drivers taking Friday Utah runs complete their weekend reset through Monday
• Regional Territory: Runs out of Phoenix servicing stores across Arizona, Utah, Southern California (San Diego metro), and Nevada (Las Vegas area)
• Offloading Profile: Driver-assisted liftgate offloading using RotoCarts (80%) and down-stacking un-palletized boxes (20%), averaging 1–2 hours per stop

Driver Prerequisites & Support Perks

• Experience Baseline: Open to both entry-level CDL-A Trainees and experienced First Seat drivers. No specialized endorsements required.
