Job summary

McCoy’s Building Supply in Midland, TX is seeking a Class A CDL Distribution Delivery Driver to move building materials between distribution centers, vendor warehouses and retail locations. You will verify orders, obtain signatures, follow routes, and serve as a customer service liaison.

Starting pay is $27 per hour. Must hold a valid Class A CDL and DOT medical card, pass company training including forklift certification, lift up to 80 pounds, and work overtime as needed in various weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read and understand English and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license for operating the vehicle type.

Responsibilities

• Delivers and pickups building materials to and from distribution centers, retail stores, vendor warehouses, and other sites.
• Verifies order details, records delivery information, and obtains signatures on delivery paperwork.
• Drives safely, follows routes, uses GPS/maps, and meets company safety standards.
• Acts as a customer service liaison, assisting with complaints and requests."
• Operates forklift and participates in warehouse duties as needed.
