Lunar Transport is seeking hard-working drivers to join our team in Indiana. This full-time role requires an Interstate Class A CDL and offers pay from $25 per hour, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities include safe pickup/delivery, maintaining logs, and operating heavy equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver material in a timely, safe manner.

• Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations.
• Keep records of materials and products transported.
• Operate powder truck or other equipment as required.
• Inspect and service vehicles for preventative maintenance.
• Be able to use a smartphone and tablet for job tasks.
• Work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and snow.
• Perform daily tasks under DOT rules and standards.

Lunar Transport is looking for hard-working, dedicated people to join our team.

• Pick up and deliver material in a timely manner while safely operating their vehicle
• Communicates work progress with the supervisor throughout the duration of the project.
• Maintains truck log according to state and federal regulations.
• Keeps record of materials and products transported.
• Operates a powder truck or other equipment as required for a particular project.
• Cleans, inspects, and services vehicles as needed for preventative maintenance.
• Ability to operate a smartphone and tablet.
• Work in any type of weather including; extreme heat and cold, rain, and snow.
• Perform daily tasks in any weather conditions.

PAY RATE BASED ON EXPERIENCE (FROM $25 AND UP)

Schedule (Roughly 50-60 Hours per week):

• Day shift
• May require early mornings (3rd shift type hours starting at midnight, 1 am, etc. in some occasions) but will not exceed daily DOT standards
• Monday to Friday (Saturdays could be a possibility in some situations)
• Overtime

Experience:

• INTERSTATE CLASS A CDL
• MINOR MECHANIC KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY
• ABILITY TO LEARN AND OPERATE HEAVY EQUIPMENT

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
