Job summary

D-Trans LLC is seeking highly motivated team drivers for company-owned trucks at the Venice, FL Terminal. This full-time, payroll (W2) team position offers OTR/nationwide routes with high-mileage freight and a split pay of $1.00 per mile (team total) leading to about $4,000–$4,800 gross weekly per team.

Expect two drivers to be paired, with additional pay bonuses, per-diem benefits, and direct deposits after each round-trip.

Qualifications

• Must hold Class A CDL (both drivers)
• Current DOT Physical (both drivers)
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in past 12 months
• No major violations in past 36 months
• No DUI in past 60 months (5 years)
• Must have TWIC card or obtain within 30 days of employment
• No positive drug/alcohol tests
• Minimum 2 years of experience (both drivers)
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer
• Must speak English

Class A CDL OTR Team Drivers (FT) – $4,000–$4,800/Week Per Team (Split)

No mandatory vaccines are required.

We are looking for highly motivated and professional team drivers (established pairs preferred) for company-owned truck positions at the Venice, FL Terminal (D-Trans LLC).

Summary

Compensation:

• Rate is $1.00 per mile (1 DPM) split between the team for all odometer/GPS miles (full & empty).
• On average, teams earn gross pay of $4,000–$4,800 per week (split to approximately $2,000–$2,400 per driver weekly, depending on miles run and experience). This reflects reliable high-mileage freight (typically 4,100–4,900+ miles/week) with steady lanes from the Venice terminal.
• Extra stop pay.
• Other additional pay/bonuses.

Job Requirements

• Class A CDL (both drivers).
• Current DOT Physical (both drivers).
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No major violation in the past 36 months, this includes reckless driving or careless endangerment.
• No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
• No DUI in the past 60 months (5 years).
• Overall safe driving record.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience (both drivers).
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.

• Alcohol or drug-related offense in a commercial vehicle.
• Hit and run (leaving the scene of an accident).
• Theft of a motor vehicle.
• Drivers without a valid CDL.
• Driving while license is revoked.
• Drivers with 3 or more chargeable accidents in the past 3 years.
