Job summary

D-Trans in Florida is seeking a Class A CDL OTR Driver for a company-owned truck based at the Venice, FL terminal. This full-time role offers weekly gross pay around $2,000 to $2,500 depending on experience, with per-diem benefits and other pay bonuses.

Home time varies with routes, and the position emphasizes safety, compliance, and reliable performance. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, a current DOT physical, no recent DOT-recordable incidents, and at least 2 years of OTR experience

Qualifications

• Class A CDL and valid DOT medical card.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 2 years of OTR experience pulling 53' dry van or reefer.
• No DOT record in past 12 months and clean criminal history.
• Must speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operate company-owned tractor-trailer on an OTR route nationwide.
• Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT/HOS rules.
• Complete trips with no preventable accidents or major violations.
• Accept duties with safety-minded and detail-oriented approach.

Class A CDL OTR Driver (FT) $2,000 - $2,500/week.

No mandatory vaccines are required.

We are looking for a highly motivated and professional driver for a company-owned truck position for the Venice, FL Terminal.

Summary

• Compensation:
  • Rate is calculated on a per-mile basis for all odometer/GPS miles (full & empty). On average, the weekly gross is approximately $2,000 - $2,500 based on experience.
  • Extra stop pay.

Job Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Current DOT Physical.
• No DOT record/preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No major violation in the past 36 months, this includes reckless driving or careless endangerment.
• No more than 3 minor violations during the last 3 years, with no more than 2 violations in the same 12-month span.
• No DUI in the past 60 months. (5 years).
• Overall safe driving record.
• Must have a TWIC card or obtain it within 30 days of employment.
• No positive drug/alcohol tests.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Experience pulling a 53' dry van or refrigerated trailer.
• Must speak English.

• Driving while the license is revoked.
• Drivers with 3 or more chargeable accidents in the past 3 years.
