Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! Our 200 company drivers keep families supplied with essential household goods. We operate safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern features, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats and optimized steering
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers with pull-out tabletop
• Large built-in refrigerators
• Auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter
• Dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for tolls and bridges
• On-site repair facility and wash bay

Pay

Start pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pay for detention, layover, and other circumstances. Average weekly pay is between $2600 and $3200. Paid weekly via direct deposit. Work this week, get paid next, with no holds.

Home Time

Drivers get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and get up to 4 days off, with prior written agreement. We accommodate special events and appointments when possible.

Loads & Routes

98% of freight originates in Missouri. Over half is drop and hook; the rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. Mainly dry van and reefer trailers, with no loads to NY City, ports, or borders. Most freight is in the central US corridor, using major highways and contracted freight. No dedicated routes.

Rider and Canine Policies

• 1 passenger 12 years or older, available from day 1
• Pet policy: $500 fee, two small dogs or one large dog, with weekly deduction until paid off. No cats, reptiles, or birds.
