Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks
• Ergonomically designed seats, 70" L / 96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop
• Built-in larger refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter
• Dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios
• Right way scales on trucks and trailers, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges
• On-site repair facility, wash bay

Pay

Start pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation includes detention, layover, and other load-specific pay. Average weekly pay is between $2,600 and $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. There are no holds on your pay.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days in our area. Some drivers may have longer periods out and additional drive-through days. Outlying area drivers may stay out longer with compensation of up to 4 days off. Home time will be confirmed in writing before hiring, and drivers are encouraged to notify dispatch of their needs. We strive to accommodate special events and appointments.

Loads & Routes

98% of freight originates in Missouri, with over 55% being drop-and-hook. The rest involves 1 pick-1 drop loads. We operate dry van and reefer trailers, primarily in the middle corridor of the US, avoiding NYC, ports, borders, and west of Denver, CO. Most freight is contracted, and routes are not dedicated. We use major highways and pilot/fueling points at Pilot/Flying J.

Rider & Pet Policies

One passenger aged 12 or older is allowed from day one. Pets are permitted with a $500 fee for up to 2 small or 1 large dog, with a weekly deduction of $100 until paid off. The policy is non-refundable after placement and does not cover felines, reptiles, or birds.
