Job summary

Velocity TruckingPros LLC is seeking an experienced Class A CDL OTR Driver to cover approximately 2,500 miles per week on 48-state routes excluding the Northeast. All freight is 100% no-touch, with drop-and-hook options and some live dock appointments.

Compensation includes strong weekly averages and top earners, plus a competitive annual potential. Orientation is conducted in Colton and is in-person for new drivers.

Qualifications

• Active Class A Commercial Driver's License & valid DOT physical
• Daily ETA reporting and on-time communication compliance mandatory
• Note: First-week mentor/lead instructor ride-along may be required based on verified experience

• Average Annualized Pay: $78,990 / year
• Top Annualized Potential: $97,240 / year
• CPM Base Range: $0.54 – $0.58 CPM (Experience Tiered)

Account Operations & Logistics

• Expected Mileage: ~2,500 average miles per week (varies with freight demand)
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (drop-and-hook mixed with live dock appointments)
• Operating Territory: 48-state routes excluding the Northeast region (Primary runs: WA, OR, CA, NV, AZ, WY, CO, NM, NE, KS, OK, TX, IA, MO, AR, LA, MS, TN, KY, IL, IN, AL, GA, FL, VA, OH)
• Equipment: Condo sleeper units hauling dry van trailers
• Orientation Location: Mandatory in-person orientation in Colton
