• Pay Structure: $1,520 average weekly gross ($79,000 average yearly target; top earners bring in $1,870+ weekly / $97,200+ annually).
• CPM Scale: $0.54 to $0.58+ CPM based directly on driving tenure.
• Volume & Freight: ~2,500 average weekly miles; 100% no-touch dry van (mix of drop-and-hook and live dock loads).
• Equipment & Travel: Late-model condo sleeper cabs; servicing 48-state lanes excluding the Northeast.
• Orientation: In-person onboarding mandatory in Colton, CA (1-week mentorship ride-along available based on experience).
