Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages is seeking a Driver Merchandiser to cover McKinney and surrounding areas. The role involves loading, delivering, stocking shelves, and ensuring products are displayed correctly on local routes.

Shifts are Monday–Friday from 3:00 AM until finish with starting pay $25.26–$31.38 per hour, plus incentives and comprehensive benefits. A valid Class-A CDL is required; DOT qualifications apply; physical work envolves lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A CDL with no interstate restrictions; minimum age 21.
• Clean driving record.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load.
• Deliver, merchandise, display, and rotate products according to company standards.
• Communicate with other company employees, customers and shoppers.
• Settle all accounts daily by invoicing and collecting payments.
• Pick up company property and secure company assets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Check accuracy and stability of the load

Qualifications

• Valid Class-A Commercial Drivers License issued by only one state or jurisdiction with NO INTERSTATE RESTRICTIONS, in accordance with FMCSA guidelines minimum age requirement is 21 years old
• Clean Driving Record
• Be physically qualified to drive a CMV in accordance with DOT Physical Qualifications and Examinations
• Able to successfully complete a drivers road test and certification or be able to provide an equivalent valid certificate in accordance with DOT regulations
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds, reach above head height, stand, walk, kneel, bend and reach
• Minimum 1-year of general work experience
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred Experience

• Local delivery experience preferred and/or 6-months of verifiable driving experience
• Driver applicants with a current Commercial Driver's License, but less than 6 months of experience will be required to complete a paid driver training program
• Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus
