Job summary

Prince seeks qualified drivers with a Class A CDL and at least five years of experience transporting heavy equipment. The role requires a clean driving record, two years of relevant experience, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

You will load, transport, and deliver equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all DOT regulations and safety standards. Candidates must have a current DOT physical, CDL with HazMat and tanker endorsements, and a drug-free workplace

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A CDL license with 5 years' experience transporting heavy equipment.
• Clean driving record and stable work history.
• Two years' experience transporting heavy equipment, preferably in a heavy civil highway construction environment.
• Excellent work ethic; loading, transporting and delivering equipment in a professional, safe, efficient and timely manner.
• Frequent lifting, pulling, and pushing, stooping, walking, driving and climbing.
• Must be able to work outdoors in extreme weather.
• Able to work up to ten (10) hours per day five (5) days per week and occasionally six (6) days per week.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must have a current DOT physical examination card and a current commercial driver’s license with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements.
• Must possess knowledge of all applicable DOT regulations and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations; must maintain a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Transport heavy equipment and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain safety and compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Inspect vehicles and perform basic maintenance as needed.
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate pickups and deliveries.
