Job summary

Herc Rentals is hiring a Tractor Trailer Driver to transport, deliver and retrieve construction and heavy equipment, supporting branch operations in a safe and timely manner. You will operate both commercial and non‑commercial vehicles, perform vehicle inspections, and maintain proper delivery documents with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of tractor trailer driving experience within the last three years.
• Commercial Driver’s License, Class A, with tanker endorsement (if applicable).
• Current medical card; Hazmat endorsement within 120 days of employment with assistance provided.

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver and retrieve assorted construction and heavy equipment.
• Operate commercial or non-commercial vehicles safely and professionally.
• Maintain paperwork and logs accurately daily.
• Provide customer service and professional communication with branches and customers.
• Report any accidents or damages to Branch Manager or Central Dispatch.
