Job summary

Clean Harbors in Columbus, OH seeks a Class A CDL Equipment Operator to operate a variety of heavy and light duty trucks at customer sites, including vacuum trucks, Cuscos, guzzlers and roll offs for hazardous waste cleanup.

The role requires operating both on-site and off-site, with a Monday–Friday schedule, typical start at 6 am. Hazmat and Tanker endorsements are preferred and overtime applies after 40 hours. Two-week Academy training out of state is paid by the company.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements within 90 days preferred.
• Ability to use various mobile devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial trucks and assist field laborers.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Perform on-site and off-site duties for hazardous waste cleanup.
• Maintain logs, time sheets and reports as required.
• Adhere to DOT and company safety standards.
