ILLINI Environmental is seeking highly motivated Class A CDL Drivers with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements for a progressive, fast-growing company. We have invested in new equipment and technology, with an average fleet age of 2019 and newer, and continuously add new equipment annually.

Drivers typically work 40+ hours weekly, with overtime paid at time and a half. Most drivers are home every night and off weekends. We offer competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for career advancement.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and report mechanical or safety issues
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and company policies
• Document work/rest periods, miles driven, and retain receipts and incident reports
• Complete shipping documentation accurately
• Operate vehicles safely and courteously, providing excellent customer service

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Class A CDL license
• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements (or willingness to obtain post-employment)
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience and age 23+
• Clean driving record with no recent violations
• Ability to pass physical and drug/alcohol screenings
• Knowledge of relevant regulations
• Adaptability to handle unexpected situations
