21st Century Personnel is seeking entry-level Class A CDL drivers in Texas for a paid training and career advancement path. New graduates will train with an experienced trainer for four weeks, earning $650–$900 per week while gaining real-world driving skills.

After training, drivers typically have over-the-road freight with home time every 10–14 days; some local roles may offer more frequent home time. Comprehensive benefits and tuition reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid Class A CDL.
• Current DOT medical card.
• Graduate of accredited CDL training program with at least 120 hours within the last 24 months.
• Pass all required DOT drug screenings (urine or hair), background checks, and employment verification.

Responsibilities

• Complete four weeks of paid training with an experienced trainer.
• Earn $650–$900 per week during training.
• Post-training, discuss driving opportunities with management and select the best match.
• Most openings involve over-the-road freight with home time every 10–14 days; some local roles may offer more frequent home time.
