Regional Southwest Lanes With Weekly Home Time

LEM Trucking is hiring for a Class A CDL Truck Driver position in Phoenix, Arizona, operating established regional freight between Arizona and California. This opportunity provides a defined running area, weekly home time, and consistent mileage without requiring an extended OTR schedule.

Drivers average approximately 2,000 to 2,250 miles per week. The freight network is built around regular customer demand throughout Arizona and California, giving drivers familiarity with the territory while maintaining the miles needed for steady weekly earnings.

Freight and Weekly Schedule

Approximately 99 percent of freight is no touch. Loads consist primarily of drop and hook assignments and live unload appointments, allowing drivers to spend more of the workweek focused on driving rather than physically handling cargo.

A Class A CDL Truck Driver returns home each week for a scheduled reset. This schedule provides regular time away from the truck while maintaining a full regional workweek.

Pay and Position Details

• Average weekly earnings of $1,100 to $1,400
• Approximately 2,000 to 2,250 miles per week
• Weekly home time with a full reset

• Late model International, Freightliner, and Kenworth equipment

A minimum pay program is available based on qualifying experience, providing additional income protection for eligible drivers.

Equipment, Benefits, and Orientation

Each Class A CDL Truck Driver operates late model equipment from International, Freightliner, or Kenworth. Trucks are maintained for regional operations and assigned based on fleet availability.

Eligible drivers have access to medical, dental, and vision insurance along with participation in a 401(k) retirement plan after the applicable eligibility period.

Orientation is paid. Travel to orientation and hotel accommodations are provided by the company during onboarding.

Class A CDL Truck Driver Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid Class A CDL and have at least 12 months of verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the previous three years. Drivers must be able to operate regional lanes throughout Arizona and California and satisfy applicable DOT and company qualification standards.
