Job summary

LEM Trucking is seeking a Class A CDL Truck Driver to operate regional freight between Arizona and California from Phoenix, AZ. This role offers weekly home time and avoids extended OTR schedules.

Drivers typically run 2,000–2,250 miles per week with mostly no-touch freight and live unloads. Equipment is late-model and well maintained, with orientation paid and travel/hotel accommodations provided during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class A CDL
• At least 12 months verifiable tractor trailer driving experience within the previous 3 years
• Able to operate regional lanes throughout Arizona and California
• Meet DOT and company qualification standards

Responsibilities

• Operate regional freight between Arizona and California
• Load handling: no-touch primarily, drop and hook, occasional live unloads
• Return home weekly for a reset
• Maintain and operate late-model equipment
