RJ Schinner Co., Inc. is seeking a professional Driver to join our Tracy, CA team. Drive with safety, verify deliveries, and ensure accurate ship tickets while maintaining excellent customer service on every route.

Responsibilities include inspecting vehicles, handling touch-freight with pallet jacks, and keeping compliant logs. A Class A CDL, 3+ years of experience, and a current Federal Medical Card are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• At least 3 years driving experience.
• Must meet DOT pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Clean driving record and able to pass background check.
• Current Federal Medical Card required.
• Understand road hazards and safety practices.
• Previous delivery experience preferred.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills and customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect truck before and after trips; complete DVIRs.
• Verify deliveries with customers; ensure quantities match tickets.
• Handle touch-freight deliveries with pallet jack for designated accounts.
• Collect payments per ship tickets.
• Maintain driver logs per federal, state, local regulations.
• Operate vehicle safely according to DOT guidelines and company policies.
• Keep vehicle clean and presentable to reflect company image.
• Maintain valid CDL and clean driving record per standards.
• Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.
