ASB Freight Co. is seeking experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van role spanning the Southwest. Expect weekly home time, consistent freight, and no-touch loads.

Drivers will handle a mix of drop-and-hook and scheduled deliveries with late-model equipment, averaging 2,200+ miles weekly. SAFETY incentives and direct weekly pay are included.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Minimum 6 months of recent Class A tractor-trailer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and meet DOT qualification requirements.
• Must pass all required pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Operate regional dry van routes in the Southwest.
• Perform pre-trip inspections and ensure safety compliance.
• Coordinate with dispatch for on-time pickups and deliveries.

Job Summary

We are hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a regional dry van position operating throughout the Southwest. This opportunity offers weekly home time, consistent freight, and a regional operating area with no-touch loads.

Drivers can expect a combination of drop-and-hook freight and scheduled deliveries while operating late‑model equipment.

Compensation

• .53cpm paid on ALL miles loaded & empty
• Average 2,200+ miles per week
• Safety incentive opportunities
• Additional pay available for drivers with a Hazmat endorsement (not required)

Home Time

• Home weekly
• Regional routes throughout the Southwest

• Primarily preloaded trailers

Additional Hiring Information

Drivers who have successfully completed the FMCSA SAP Return‑to‑Duty process may be considered if all SAP requirements have been completed and verifiable Class A driving experience has been obtained after completing the SAP program. All applicants must meet company hiring guidelines.
