Job summary

DFA Milk seeks an experienced driver to operate straight trucks, tractor-trailers, or doubles, delivering products with safety and efficiency. You will follow route schedules, maintain logs, and ensure accurate documentation while upholding superior customer service.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, reporting delays, performing vehicle maintenance, and communicating with customers and supervisors. A valid Class A CDL and DFA/DOT compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience driving tractor-trailer/straight truck/doubles trailer in last 5 years.
• Must meet minimum age requirements and DFA/DOT requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL; doubles endorsement may be required; 3 years' prior license/operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate a commercial motor vehicle per DOT and DFA rules.
• Deliver per route schedule; ensure safe, timely deliveries.
• Report delays due to road conditions or breakdowns.
• Load/unload as required; assist with stocking or ordering.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment; keep logs and paperwork accurate.
• Communicate with customers and supervisors; resolve issues.
• Attend driver workshops and trainings; utilize company systems.
