Job summary

Granite Construction is seeking a Transport Driver to safely operate tractor-trailer combinations and move freight and equipment to job sites across Arizona, with travel to neighboring states as needed.

Responsibilities include load securement, inspections, and accurate documentation. Must have a Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples and Tanker endorsements; Hazmat preferred. 3–5 years of experience required; day, swing or night shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL with Doubles/Triples and Tanker endorsements; Hazmat preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate tractor-trailer combinations including doubles/triples.
• Secure loads and load/unload freight or equipment at designated locations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections per DOT regulations and manufacturer specs.
• Maintain truck and equipment per company and manufacturer standards.
• Adhere to all DOT/state/local laws and load size limits.
• Complete required documentation accurately.
• Assist crews with other tasks when not transporting.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
