Job description

Class A CDL Driver - Northeast Regional (Home Weekly | Dry Van)

We are looking for a qualified Class A driver to join our Northeast Regional Fleet. Drivers on this Northeast regional dedicated account earn $0.80-$0.85 CPM on all miles, including both loaded and empty miles, with starting pay at $0.80 CPM and annual increases of $0.01 CPM up to $0.85 CPM. Drivers average approximately $1,500 per week while running around 1,700 miles weekly. Additional compensation includes $15 stop pay, a performance bonus program, and weekly paychecks. This position offers home weekly time with weekend resets at home. Schedule options include Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with weekends required and major holidays off. Drivers will operate within the designated Northeast regional hub states on a dedicated account featuring consistent freight lanes and a stable customer base designed to provide predictable routing and steady miles. Freight consists of dry van freight that is 100% no-touch, with a mix of drop-and-hook and live load/unload freight. A dedicated planner works directly with drivers to help keep them moving efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with a valid Class A CDL
• Will train new drivers or accept experienced drivers
• No DUI in last 10 years (CDL‑A holders) or last 5 years (non‑CDL)
• No more than 1 DOT preventable loss in last 2 years
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in last 2 years
• No major preventable accidents in last 5 years
• No serious violations in last year
• Max 2 moving violations in last 2 years
• Must pass DOT physical & drug screen

Salary: $1300 - $1500 per week.
