Job summary

USA DeBusk is seeking a Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator in Adelanto, CA. You will drive heavy trucks, operate vacuum equipment, and ensure safety and compliance with DOT regulations. Starting rate is $25+ with a $2,500 sign-on bonus disbursed over the first year.

The role requires valid Class A CDL, TWIC, and ability to pass drug and background checks, with willingness to travel for extended periods and work in industrial settings. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year behind an 18-wheeler.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card or be able to obtain one.
• Must pass hair follicle and urine drug screens.
• Must pass a personal background screen.
• Must pass an MVR background screen.
• Commercial Driver - Pneumatic/Vacuum Operator under FMCSA 70-hour rule.
• Must be able to travel for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive truck to destination and operate equipment to load or unload materials.
• Drive in accordance with applicable codes, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Prepare delivery ticket and obtain customer signature.
• Maintain records of materials and products transported.
• Keep vehicle logs, cargo records, and shipping manifests.
• Perform pre-trip inspections (DVIR) daily.
• Adhere to safety policies and wear PPE.
• Work around heavy machinery in loud industrial settings.
• Assist in maintenance and cleaning of equipment and PPE.
• Wash and clean equipment and work areas.
• General housekeeping: sweep, trash, and organize work areas.
• Return equipment and PPE to designated areas after job completion.

Summary/Objective:

The Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator will perform a wide range of physical activities that require strength and flexibility of whole body for handling, positioning, moving, and manipulating equipment and materials and vacuum truck operations. The Pneumatic/Vacuum Truck Operator will be responsible for driving and operating efficiently and safely all power equipment and vehicles in accordance with DOT laws and regulations.

Starting Rate: $25+

Sign-on Bonus of $2,500 will be disbursed as follows: $500 after 3 months, $1000 after 6 months, and the final $1000 after completing a year of service.

Responsibilities:

• Drive truck to destination and operates equipment to load, or unload materials.
• Drives in accordance with applicable Government Codes, Government Regulations, Company and Customer Policies and Procedures on public highways, company and customer property.
• Prepares customer's delivery ticket specific to the product delivered and obtains customer signature
• Keeps record of materials and products transported.
• Maintains records such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, and shipping manifests according to state and federal regulations.
• Maintains telephone contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.
• Reads maps and follow written and verbal geographical directions.
• Daily Pre-trip and DVIR
• Adhere to all safety policies and practices, including but not limited to personal protective gear.
• Ability to work safely in and around heavy machinery in loud, hazardous, and industrial settings.
• Manually clean, install, fit repair valves, caps, hoses, pumps, gaskets, and all other external and internal equipment.
• Assist in general maintenance of company equipment, service, grease, etc.
• Wash and clean company equipment - Pressure wash, clean cabs, etc.
• General housekeeping - sweeping floors, taking out trash, and helping keep work areas clean and organized.
• Help with future job load outs or unloads from previous jobs - Return equipment and PPE back to designated areas.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 Years’ experience required behind an 18-wheeler.
• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Must possess a valid TWIC card or be able to obtain one.

• Willing to respond to emergency calls 24 hours, 7 days a week as needed.
