Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA in Massachusetts is seeking a Class A Driver with a 4:30am start and a Monday–Friday schedule. The position offers $32.25 per hour and includes local and long-distance deliveries with a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications include a valid CDL Class A, a clean driving record, ability to lift 30 lbs, GPS routing experience, and DOT/ELD compliance. You will perform pre-/post-trip inspections, maintain logs, and contribute to a well-maintained fleet.

Qualifications

• Must have valid Class A CDL and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a Class A tractor-trailer and other commercial vehicles.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and handle loading/unloading.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and DOT/ELD compliance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods to customer locations, local and long-distance.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and timely logs/paperwork.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and ensure items are secured.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Report any vehicle issues to management immediately.
