Job summary

Bunzl Distribution NA is hiring a Class A CDL Driver to join our team in Maple Grove, MN. The role runs Monday through Friday with a pay rate of $32.21 per hour and occasional overnights including a $50 per diem per day on the road.

You will serve as the face of Bunzl, delivering to customers and upholding safety and service standards. Responsibilities include safe operation of Class A tractors, pre-trip inspections, timely deliveries, and maintaining compliant logs.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Clean driving record per fleet safety standards.
• Ability to operate and navigate commercial vehicles.
• Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and loading/unloading.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and ELD compliance.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests; active medical card.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate a Class A tractor-trailer or other commercial vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
• Deliver goods to customer locations, local and long-distance.
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean driving record and timely submission of logs.
• Manage cargo loading/unloading and secure items.
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
• Report vehicle issues to management promptly.
