Mid-Atlantic Roofing Supply in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Class A CDL Driver to transport company inventory and manage delivery routes within a 150-mile radius. The role requires a clean driving record and the ability to perform pre/post trip inspections.

You will operate a GVW > 26,000 lbs truck, secure loads, complete paperwork, and maintain detailed logs. Candidates must pass background checks and drug tests and be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Class A driver’s license required.
• 1+ years proven tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Must pass background check, motor vehicle check and drug test.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and performing related duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate and safely drive the assigned delivery vehicle per regulations and policies.
• Drive tractors-trailers GVW > 26,000 lbs and tow > 10,000 lbs.
• Secure contents and prevent damage during transit and unloading.
• Complete delivery paperwork and obtain client signatures.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and report defects or issues.
