The DeLong Co., Inc. and DelCo Transport are seeking dependable Class A CDL Drivers to join our growing team in Illinois.

You will transport goods safely on local, regional, and over-the-road routes, with responsibilities including daily equipment maintenance, DOT log compliance, and efficient yard operations. We value reliability, safety, and teamwork as essential to keeping the supply chain moving for growers across the region.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with DOT logging and ELD compliance.
• Minimum 1 year CDL driving experience; strong safety record.
• Ability to read maps and navigate to unfamiliar locations.
• Willingness to work extended hours and nights during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A/B trucks on various routes and terrains.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and keep truck clean and in peak condition.
• Tarp loads when required and handle client property with care.
• Maintain accurate DOT logs and ELD reporting.
• Back trailers safely and assist with general labor when needed.
