Job summary

The DeLong Co., Inc. is recruiting a dependable Class A CDL Driver to support our agricultural and logistics operations in Kansas. You will transport goods safely, maintain equipment, and back trailers in tight spaces while following DOT regulations.

As part of DelCo Transport, you’ll join a team that values safety, reliability, and teamwork, with opportunities to advance endorsements and take on additional responsibilities during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A with a clean driving record and valid endorsements as needed.
• Ability to read maps and navigate to unfamiliar locations independently.
• Willingness to work extended hours and nights during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A/B trucks on local, regional, and over‑the‑road routes.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and keep the truck clean and in good order.
• Tarp loads, handle client property with care, and maintain DOT logs/ELD.
• Back trailers safely, climb ladders, and assist with general labor during slow seasons.
• Maintain parking lots, warehouses, and company property in good condition.
