Job summary

Leppo, Inc. is seeking CDL drivers who want hands-on equipment work and daily home time. This role blends driving with operating construction and rental equipment, requiring problem-solving and strong teamwork in a reliable, family-like culture.

You will deliver and pick up skid steers, excavators, lifts, and related gear, secure loads, and work with dispatch to keep routes efficient. The position includes training, competitive pay with bonuses, and solid benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid Class A CDL with manual and automatic driving certification or willingness to obtain before starting.
• Experience hauling construction or rental equipment.
• Strong knowledge of load securement and safety practices.
• Clean driving record.
• Ability to operate both road and equipment.

Responsibilities

Tired of long hauls and just want to drive, work with equipment, and be home at the end of the day?

We’re looking for CDL Drivers who enjoy the work — not just the driving, but the hands-on side of equipment, problem-solving, and being part of a solid team. If you’ve got experience with construction or rental equipment, and you’re confident driving manual + automatic, this is the kind of role that actually fits.

Business Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
• Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
• Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
• Interacting with customers on-site (you’re the face of the company out there)
• Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.)
• Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar)
• Strong awareness of load securement and safety practices
• Clean driving record
• Someone who can handle both the road and the equipment
