Job summary

Leppo, Inc. is seeking a CDL Driver in Kentucky to deliver and pick up construction equipment to customer sites. You will secure loads and work closely with dispatch to maintain safe, efficient routes, while representing the company on-site with customers.

The role requires a Class A CDL (manual and automatic), experience hauling equipment, a strong safety mindset, and a clean driving record. Eligible for bonuses, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth within the rental division.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with manual and automatic driving certification, or willingness to obtain before driving begins.
• Experience hauling equipment (construction, rental, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of load securement and safety practices.
• Clean driving record with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to operate both road and equipment in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Delivering and picking up equipment to customer job sites.

• Coordinate with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized.
• Interact with customers on-site as the company face.

We’re looking for CDL Drivers who enjoy the work — not just the driving, but the hands‑on side of equipment, problem-solving, and being part of a solid team. If you’ve got experience with construction or rental equipment, and you’re confident driving manual + automatic, this is the kind of role that actually fits.

Business Hours

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (your evenings & weekends are free!)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering and picking up equipment (skid steers, excavators, lifts, etc.) to customer job sites
• Securing loads safely and making sure everything arrives exactly how it should
• Working closely with dispatch to keep routes efficient and organized
• Interacting with customers on-site (you’re the face of the company out there)
• Completing inspections, logs, and DOT documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL (Manual and automatic driving certification required, or willingness to obtain certification before driving begins.)
