Job summary

Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Local Class A CDL Driver based in Oswego, IL. You will perform local deliveries, complete paperwork, and ensure accurate billing while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL and Medical Card required.
• Minimum 1 year of recent Class A driving experience.
• Hazmat endorsement preferred but not required.
• Clean MVR printout; provide current MVR within 30 days.
• Ability to meet DOT requirements; physical and driving.

Responsibilities

• Complete required pre- and post-inspection paperwork and scale loads.
• Ensure shipment and billing paperwork is completed properly.
• Deliver trailers to customer yards and place them as specified.
• Provide a yard check and trailer mileage at delivery.
• Meet with customer staff and deliver excellent customer service.

What to expect as a Local Class A CDL Driver:

• Complete all necessary pre and post inspection paperwork and scale all loads in theyard
• Ensure all shipment and billing paperwork is completed properly
• Deliver trailers to all types of yards and placing them in the customer’s specified location
• Provide a club yard check and trailer mileage at the time of delivery
• Meet with customer staff and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Valid ClassA Commercial Driver's License & Medical Card
• Must have at least 1 year(s) recent Class A driving experience
• Hazmat endorsement preferred, but not required
• Clean MVR (DMV) printout, must provide current MVR <30days
• Ability tomeetallDOT requirements; physical and driving
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule
• Ability to physically lift 50 pounds
