Job summary

Americrane Rentals is seeking skilled CDL Drivers to join our transportation team. This on-site role involves hauling cranes, equipment, and materials to and from job sites, with a strong emphasis on safety, DOT compliance, and load securement.

Candidates should have a CDL Class A license, 3+ years of driving experience, and the ability to work flexible hours including some weekends or nights. Join a safety‑driven crew on long‑term projects with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
• 3+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably with heavy haul or crane equipment.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, load securement, and trip planning.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or nights.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Experience with flatbeds, lowboys, and oversize loads preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Class A commercial vehicles to transport cranes, equipment, and materials.
• Secure loads properly in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, and job site personnel for timely deliveries.
• Comply with all federal, state, and local transportation laws and Americrane safety policies.
• Assist with setup, loading/unloading, and rigging when required.
