Job summary

Findorff, a Wisconsin-based construction partner, seeks a CDL Semi Driver to safely transport materials, equipment, and supplies to multiple job sites. You’ll help keep projects on schedule and support field teams with reliable deliveries.

The role requires a Class A CDL, knowledge of DOT regulations, and a strong safety mindset. Coordinate with dispatch and site crews to maintain efficiency and quality across locations.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL with a safe driving record.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspection requirements, and transportation safety standards.
• Experience operating tractor-trailers, including manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with field teams, dispatch personnel, and project stakeholders.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, project demands, and delivery priorities.
• Construction industry transportation experience preferred.
• Valid medical examiner's certificate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safely and reliably by operating Class A commercial vehicles and complying with DOT rules.
• Maintain equipment readiness through pre- and post-trip inspections and address maintenance needs.
• Manage cargo transportation by loading, securing, transporting, and unloading materials.
• Support project operations by coordinating with dispatch and jobsite personnel to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain compliance and documentation with logs, mileage, fuel records, and delivery documentation.
• Represent Findorff's safety culture and promote safe transportation practices.
