Job summary

J Rose Enterprises is seeking drivers for a role with guaranteed weekend home time, 36 hours minimum, and 100% no-touch dry van freight. The fleet runs across IA, WI, IL, IN, MI, and OH with late-model equipment and strong pay packages.

Base pay is $0.60 per mile plus a $0.03 CPM safety bonus, with a $1,000 weekly gross minimum guarantee and a $10,000 retention bonus. Additional pay includes referrals, stop, detention, layover, and breakdown pay.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A CDL.
• Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Class A driving experience.
• Must meet all DOT physical and drug screening requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate premium International LT's and Kenworth T-680's in assigned routes.
• Deliver 100% no-touch dry van freight with drop-and-hook where possible.
• Maintain safe driving practices and adhere to DOT regulations.

Compensation & Sign-On Incentives

• Base Pay: $0.60 CPM

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
• Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of verifiable Class A driving experience is required.
