Job summary

Staffmark is seeking a Class A CDL Driver in Brookville, OH to operate CDL-A tractors within a 200-mile radius. Shifts vary from 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, to 11 PM–6 AM, with a pay rate of $28.00 per hour plus overtime.

This role emphasizes safety and reliability to move automotive freight efficiently and on schedule. Requirements include a valid CDL-A, DOT Medical Card, FMCSA Clearinghouse registration with a clean MVR, and at least one year of CDL experience.

Qualifications

• CDL-A license required.
• DOT Medical Card required.
• FMCSA Clearinghouse registered and clear MVR.
• 1 year CDL experience within the past 3 years.
• No more than 3 moving violations/at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No DUI or serious violations in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate CDL-A tractors to complete pickups and deliveries within ~200 miles.
• Transport automotive freight using 53’ dry van trailers.
• Perform dock-to-dock deliveries with mostly no-touch freight.
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and logs.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules and updates.
