Job Details

• $29/hour guaranteed, with an average pay of $32.50/hour.
• Early morning start, Monday through Friday. Home every night.
• $4,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Position Purpose

Our delivery drivers play a critical role in the food supply chain, ensuring timely and safe delivery of products while building strong relationships with customers. They operate tractor trailers or straight trucks to deliver and unload food and related products, complying with all DOT regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers, ensuring questions are answered accurately and promptly.
2. Perform safety checks, including pre/post trip inspections, and report issues.
3. Follow all DOT and company safety policies and regulations.
4. Ensure proper loading, unloading, and documentation of freight.
5. Deliver orders according to schedule, verify deliveries, and obtain signatures.
6. Handle cash or checks when required and manage returns and damaged goods.
7. Complete daily logs and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work areas.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL-A license.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years.
• Pass drug tests, background checks, and road tests.
• Valid DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to lift and move freight weighing between 10-90 pounds.
