Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Class A CDL Delivery Driver to join our team. This role involves early morning starts, home nightly, with a competitive pay structure and a $4,000 sign-on bonus.

Job Purpose

As a delivery driver, you play a critical role in the food supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of products and fostering customer relationships. You will operate tractor trailers or straight trucks, adhering to DOT regulations, and deliver food and related products to various customer locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and co-workers
• Perform safety checks and inspections in compliance with DOT standards
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, and documentation of freight
• Deliver products according to scheduled routes and verify deliveries with customers
• Maintain safety and security of equipment and freight
• Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance and housekeeping duties

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 12+ months of commercial driving experience
• Valid CDL-A license
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for the past 3 years
• Ability to pass drug tests, background checks, and road tests
• Valid DOT Health Card or ability to obtain one
• Ability to lift and move freight ranging from 10 to 90 pounds
