CDL-A Dedicated Grocery Driver | $1,400/Wk Avg (100% No-Touch + Trainees Accepted)

We are expanding our dedicated regional grocery operations running out of our distribution facility in Moberly, Missouri. Whether you are a newly licensed trainee or an experienced solo driver, this high-volume fleet offers consistent weekly revenue, 100% no-touch freight, and daily home time options across Missouri, Illinois, Iowa, and Kansas.

Financial Expectations & Pay Model

• Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400 gross per week
• Projected Annual Target: $72,800 per year ($1,400/wk × 52 weeks)
• Mileage Scale: $0.49 to $0.61 CPM (based on experience level) averaging ~2,100 miles weekly
• Stop Pay Breakdown: $10.00 for the 1st stop, scaling to $15.00 for each additional stop on the route
• Weekend Differential: +$0.03 CPM extra premium (Friday 5:00 PM through Monday 4:00 AM)
• Additional Incentives: Eligible for ongoing driver performance bonus programs

Operational Territory & Shift Cadence

• Home Time Structure: Daily home time options available (or weekly resets depending on route selection).
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight—store personnel manage all trailer unloads (mix of preloaded, live load/unload, and drop-and-hook).
• Equipment Profile: Temperature-controlled reefer trailers with an active on-site maintenance shop.
• Shift Assignment: Dedicated Night Shift dispatches; weekend work is standard.
• Holiday Policy: Scheduled time off for Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Candidate Eligibility & Corporate Coverage

• Experience Tiers: Open to CDL-A Trainees (0 months experience), First Seat experienced solo drivers, and Owner-Operators.
• Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles of designated hiring hubs in Missouri (Moberly, Columbia, Boonville, Macon, Rolla, Sullivan, St. Joseph), Illinois (Quincy), or Iowa (Burlington, Des Moines).
• Licensing Standards: Valid Class A CDL and active DOT Medical Card (no endorsements required).
• Screening Standards: Clean MVR; must pass pre-employment hair follicle and urine DOT drug screenings (Non-SAP compliant).
