CDL-A Dedicated Grocery Driver | $0.49–$0.61 CPM + Weekend Differential

Looking for steady year-round freight with high weekly mileage and multiple pay incentives? Drive for a dedicated Midwest grocery fleet running round-trip loops out of Moberly, Missouri. Secure up to $0.61 CPM plus stop pay and weekend differentials.

Compensation Breakdown

• Gross Average Pay: $1,400 per week ($72,800 annual target)
• Base Mileage Pay: $0.49 to $0.61 CPM (~2,100 miles/week)
• Per-Stop Rate: $10.00 for stop #1; $15.00 for stops #2+
• Weekend Differential: Additional +$0.03 CPM (Fri 1700 to Mon 0400)
• Bonus Eligibility: Qualified for performance-based driver bonuses

Operational Mechanics

• Shift Cadence: Dedicated Night Shift dispatches with daily home time options.
• Freight Handling: 100% No-Touch Freight (stores handle all reefer trailer unloads).
• Equipment & On-Site Support: Temperature-controlled reefer trailers with an active on-site maintenance shop.
• Holiday Policy: Thanksgiving and Christmas scheduled off.
