Dedicated CDL-A Driver — Moberly Regional Fleet

If you are tired of being away from home for weeks at a time, we have open seats on a solid, family-oriented grocery account running out of Moberly, Missouri. This run is built on simple, no-touch freight, steady miles, and clear expectations, allowing you to stay close to home while pulling in a strong, dependable paycheck.

Pay Highlights of the Position

• Average Weekly Pay: Most drivers on this dedicated fleet gross $1,400 every week.
• Base Mileage Rate: Earn between $0.49 and $0.61 CPM based entirely on your level of experience.
• Weekend Premium: Make an extra $0.03 per mile for all miles run between Friday at 5:00 PM (1700) and Monday at 4:00 AM (0400).
• Stop Incentives: Get paid $10.00 for your first stop and $15.00 for every stop after that on a run.
• Performance Bonus: Boost your salary with our driver performance bonus structure.

The Schedule, Run & Home Time

• Daily Home Time: You will head out on local round‑trips and get home daily (with additional scheduling options open for discussion with dispatch).
• Weekly Distance: Keep your truck moving with a steady average of 2,100 miles per week.
• The Shift: This is a dedicated Night Shift operation. You must be comfortable driving overnight and working weekend shifts as part of your normal dispatch rotation.
• The Freight: 100% no‑touch grocery deliveries using refrigerated trailers (reefers). You will not handle any physical unloading; the store staff unloads the trailers for you.
• Holiday Schedule: Guaranteed time off on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Owner‑Operators

This position is open to both company drivers and owner‑operators.
