Job summary

JROSE LOGISTICS is seeking Class A CDL drivers for dedicated regional freight with weekly home time and steady year-round work. You will run routes across FL, GA, SC, and parts of AL, with 1,500–2,000 miles weekly and 100% touch freight requiring box-by-box unloading at stores.

Earn weekly gross pay between $1,400 and $1,800, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, plus an activity pay structure and full benefits through W2 employment.

Qualifications

• 3+ months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Safe driving record; must pass DOT, background, and clearinghouse checks.
• Ability to safely handle physical, box-by-box touch freight and trailer entry/exit.

Responsibilities

The Details:

• Home Time: Home weekly for your 34-hour reset (typically taken on the road during delivery cycles).
• Running Lanes: Dedicated regional routes across FL, GA, SC, and parts of AL.
• Freight: 100% Touch Freight. Live box-by-box unloads at storefront locations using gravity rollers.

The Pay Breakdown:

• Weekly Gross: $1,400 to $1,800 (W2 with full benefits package available)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000.00
• Activity Pay: $240.00 per full trailer unload + $50.00 per backhaul
• Weekly Miles: Highly consistent 1,500-2,000 miles

Schedule Expectation:

Deliveries happen primarily in the early morning. To keep schedules predictable, drivers must be prepared for night, weekend, and holiday driving to hit delivery windows precisely.

Hiring Criteria:

• 3+ months of verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years.
• Note: Driving school time does not qualify toward the 3-month requirement.
• Ability to safely handle physical, box-by-box touch freight and trailer entry/exit.
• Safe driving record; must pass standard DOT, background, and clearinghouse checks.
