Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Livingston is recruiting permanent HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team. Delivering chilled, frozen and ambient products across the network, you'll play a vital role in keeping stores stocked and communities supplied.

A typical day involves multi-drop deliveries on planned routes, using cages, dollies and pallets, driving within Hours and Working Time rules, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Valid HGV Class 2 (C) licence is required.
• Driver CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card required.
• Multi-drop experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

CONTRACT DETAILS AT A GLANCE

• £36,619.70 per year (42.5-hour week)
• Any 5 from 7 | 04:00-06:00 starts
• Flexible Shift Patterns Available
• Livingston, EH54 8AS
• Overtime Rates: Paid at x1.33 after 42.5 hours
• Overtime Opportunities: Typically 7-10 hours per week available
• HGV Driver Premium: £2,600 per year

Realistic earning potential: £45,000 per annum

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Completing multi-drop deliveries on planned routes to convenience stores
• Transporting chilled, frozen and ambient products
• Using cages, dollies and pallets to complete deliveries safely
• Driving in line with Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations
• Maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance and professionalism

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO...

• Hold a valid HGV Class 2 (C) Licence
