Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 8+ years in program management, portfolio governance, operations, BI, product operations, and/or tooling support in a complex enterprise.
• 5 years hands-on work with Clarity PPM.
• 5 years partnering with tech teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
• 3 years planning/executing projects with Agile and Waterfall.
• Hands-on knowledge of Broadcom Clarity PPM, especially schedule creation/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Owns Clarity PPM environment and standard schedule templates.
• Guide Program/Project Managers in applying templates to create plans.
• Monitor in-flight programs/projects for best practices and data integrity.
• Develop schedule templates and job aids for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinate resources and interdependencies across programs.
