Prysmian Group’s Claremont Fiber unit seeks a Senior Controller to partner with operations, commercial and supply chain leaders to build a solid financial foundation and support rapid growth in North America.

You will lead cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, capital planning, inventory controls, and ensure timely month-end close and compliant reporting, with a focus on cost optimization and financial justification for investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5+ years accounting or controlling experience.
• Experience with SAP and capital budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing costs and variances.
• Lead plant budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
• Partner with plant leadership to improve productivity and costs.
• Oversee inventory and product costing.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and timely month-end close.
