Pratt Industries, Inc. in Cedar Hill, TX is seeking a Roll Clamp Truck Operator to safely handle paper rolls and support corrugator operations.

You will load and unload rolls, read lineups, mark rolls by size and grade, and log all movements on the required forms, ensuring accuracy and traceability. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, prior heavy equipment experience preferred, and the ability to work from shift schedules in a fast-paced, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prefer prior corrugated industry experience.
• Prefer prior heavy equipment operating experience.
• 6 months experience on the wet end of the corrugator.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamptruck safely to move rolls to the corrugator and record movements on the proper forms.
• Read corrugator lineups and ensure correct roll sizing and placement.
• Mark buttrolls by size, diameter, lineal footage, and grade before returning to stock.
• Unload rolls from trailers/rail cars and inspect for damage.
• Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness; report maintenance needs.
• Complete daily clamptruck inspection and submit maintenance work orders.
