You will operate clamp trucks and heavy forklifts, read schedules, optimize inventory, perform pre-shift checks, and collaboratively train teammates. Shift options include 2nd shift (3PM-11PM) with OT and occasional 3rd shift (11PM-7AM).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating clamp trucks and forklifts in heavy industry.
• Strong roll stock management and inventory tracking knowledge.
• Autonomous worker who can guide others and coordinate with supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp trucks and forklifts to move paper rolls safely.
• Read production schedules and optimize material flow.
• Inspect and document roll stock quality and integrity.
• Maintain organized, audit-ready warehouse.
• Pre-shift inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Assist in training junior staff.
