Job summary

International Paper is hiring for a ClampTruck Driver on the 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Sealy, TX. The position is full-time with a $22.59 per hour rate plus a structured sign-on and retention bonus.

Candidates should have 5+ years of industrial truck experience and at least 2-3 years in a manufacturing setting, with a high school diploma or equivalent. Overtime, weekend work, and exposure to heat and cold are expected. Pre-employment testing and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age with High School Education or equivalent work experience
• Post High School training preferred
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Willing to work in a non-climate environment; exposed to heat and cold
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing, post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
• Corrugated Industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Operate clamp truck; move materials and finished products as directed
• Maintain safe, efficient and clean work area; follow all safety procedures
• Complete daily pre-shift checks and report defects promptly
• Assist with loading/unloading, staging and inventory cycling as required
• Adhere to production schedules and quality standards
• Collaborate with team to meet shift goals and continuous improvement initiatives
