Job summary

Crystal Cabinet Works, Inc. in Princeton, MN, is seeking a Clamp Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role focuses on assembling frameless cabinets with the automated clamp and ensuring parts feed and assembly follow start-up procedures.

You will work 1st shift Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM to 3:15 PM with overtime on Fridays as needed, and you will earn $19.40 to $21.55 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401(k) and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• The Clamp Operator will assemble frameless cabinets using the automated clamp.
• Start the clamp according to start-up procedure.
• Read cabinet parts and select appropriate program.
• Maintain knowledge of wood species and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Starts clamp in accordance with start-up procedure.
• Selects the appropriate program for cabinets being run.
• Assembles and glues cabinets.
• Activates clamp to feed cabinet in and out.
• Attaches back stretchers with spray glue on frameless Current cabinets.
• Retrieves adjustable shelves, blind panels and other parts with cabinets.
• Maintains a working knowledge of the various wood species and can differentiate between them.
• Makes fundamental mathematical calculations and reads measurement devices, i.e. tape measure.
• Fills in other areas as needed.

Salary Grade B

$19.40 - $21.55

Job Summary:
